Step 1: Navigate to Your Dashboard Log in to your account and go directly to your main Dashboard. From the navigation menu, click on My Page.
Step 2: Review Unanswered Questions Inside My Page, you will find the newly added "Unanswered Questions" tab. Click here to see a complete list of every inquiry your AI chatbot didn't have the answer to.
Step 3: Update and Train Click on any unanswered question and type in the correct response you want the chatbot to provide. Once you hit "Update & Train," the AI instantly learns this new information.
The next time a customer or guest asks that same question, the chatbot will deliver your exact programmed response.
