How to Set Up the Google Gemini API Key (Starter Plan & Above)
To power the advanced features and expanded limits of the Starter plan, you are required to integrate your own Google Gemini API key.
Don't worry, getting and applying this key takes less than two minutes. Follow these simple steps:
-Step 1: Generate Your Free API Key
Go to the official Google AI Studio website:
https://aistudio.google.com Sign in with your Google account.
Click on "Get API key" to generate your unique key.
Copy the newly generated API key to your clipboard.
-Step 2: Connect the API Key to Talktok AI
Log in to your Talktok AI account.
Navigate to your Learning Dashboard.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, directly below the "Training" button.
Paste your copied key into the API Key input field.
Save your settings.
Note: The free API key from Google AI Studio works with TalkTok automatically — you don't need to select a model. TalkTok uses Google's Gemini model on your behalf. Just make sure your key is active and has not exceeded its free usage limits.
